A very precious cultivar of Sicilian origin, typical of the Iblei mountains in the south of Sicily. Cultivated and grown with love in Tuscany, favoured by the climate and the terroir.

  Aroma
Particulary clean on the nose, clear and distnct, with a fragrance of green and fresh tomato, that evokes Sicily. This scents are typical of its origin.

  Taste
Sharp aromatic herbs. Green tomato, white fruits and almond. A bitter and long lasting after taste with a very warm note of white pepper. 

  Use
First and second courses with fish, especially raw fish. Grilled meat or fish, soups, salads and 'bruschette'. Drizzled over grilled or raw vegetables.
